Foundations classes are practical, biblically-based courses offered between worship services from 9:15-10:15 AM. These courses for adults, students, and children are designed to equip us as a community of faithful followers of Jesus Christ.

We’ll uncover worship’s biblical foundations, its vital role in a disciple’s life, and its impact on our church community—leading to a vibrant vision for worship that rekindles the transformative joy of Spirit-filled congregational singing and personal devotion. 

  • April 27 — What is worship? A biblical and theological foundation led by David
  • May 4 — Worship in the Life of the Disciple led by Kendall
  • May 11 — Worship in the Life of the Church led by Kendall
  • (May 18 —Guest Teacher: Bishop David Bryan 
  • May 25 — Lift Every Voice: Rediscovering Congregational Worship led by David 

Nursery is provided during Foundations for children six weeks - 24 months. Please register to let us know!

What you'll need:

  • Your Bible: I encourage you to bring it each week. We’ll always have extras available, but having your own Bible is important.
