What is a Giving Plan? - A giving plan is an estimate of how much money you plan to give to Holy Cross in a given year. It is not a binding contract. Circumstances can change – and giving plans may be revised up or down depending on your situation.
Why set-up a Giving Plan? - Your giving plan makes it possible for Holy Cross to create a budget for our staffing, ministries, programs and outreach for the coming year. Giving plans are the primary basis for what we can accomplish as a church. Giving plans are also a spiritual discipline that provides a tangible way for you to grow in your faith by sharing the resources God has blessed you with.
How much should I plan to give? – Just as everyone has a different financial situation, the amount of your giving plan is an individual decision and will be unique and reflect your own life situation and sense of commitment to the church. Giving plans of any amount are welcome and necessary for our ministries.
How do I set-up a Giving Plan? – You may set-up a plan by going to the to our online giving form. On the giving plan form, indicate the amount of your plan on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis – whatever frequency works best for you. You may plan to give to the Operating Budget or the Building Fund or both. You can also print one out from the website and bring it to the Holy Cross office or place it in the offering plate on Sunday morning.
