Plan decor and help decorate on Sunday
Trucks needed to move tables and items from church to the event and then to return them afterward.
Help with logistics for the Silent Auction.
Assist with food preparation and distribution.
Assist with caring for kids.
Assist with goodies to carts, table set-up and coffee set-up.
Assist with afternoon awards, food and drink.
Help with clean up until cleanup is completed.
